最新一期壹週刊報導指出，國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱聲勢低迷，國民黨內部因為擔心立委選情遭拖累，醞釀以倒閣手段解散國會提早改選立委，讓總統與立委選舉脫勾。

對此，民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘今天(9日)在民進黨中央受訪時表示，國民黨若要倒自己的閣，只為了總統立委脫勾選舉，洪秀柱將情何以堪？況且距離大選僅剩100多天，操作倒閣後，若馬英九總統不解散國會、提前改選，國民黨將如何因應？

柯建銘說，倒閣議題是國民黨內部的問題，看看就好，等國民黨真的提出倒閣案後，民進黨再「見縫插針」還來的及。
